NOTE: Drop-ins are available Monday-Friday from 1 to 4:30 p.m. during the fall and spring semesters in the Southard Family Building (SFB 117).

Whether you’re a current UСÖíÊÓƵ student, alumnus or alumna, you can schedule your appointment to meet with a career coach on SpartanHIRE. In-person and virtual appointments are available.

1. Log in to yourÌýSpartanHIRE account by clicking theÌýSpartanHIRE chiclet on yourÌýÌýdashboard. (Be sure to UPDATE YOUR PROFILE! If your profile is not complete, you may not be able to select the appropriate appointment for you.) If you are an alum without access to MyUСÖíÊÓƵ, please call (813) 253-6236 or email (hireut@ut.edu) the office and and we can get you set up on SpartanHIRE.
2. Click 'Appointments’ on the left-hand menu of yourÌýSpartanHIRE page once logged in.
3. Choose an appointment type.
4. Select your preferred date/time from available appointment options and confirm the format (in-person or hybrid)
5. Add a brief note describing what you would like to discuss and upload requested documents.
6. Confir and attend!

*No Show Policy: If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, your career coach will mark you as a "No Show." If you know that you are not able to make it to your appointment, please cancel the appointment on SpartanHire and reschedule for a different day/time.
